Terms of Service

1. Subject of Agreement & Acceptance

1.1. These Terms of Service constitute a public agreement of the Administrator of CineChat Studio (the "Administrator") governing access to and use of the specialized motion design web tool for producing animated chat dialogues and graphic titles for cinematic, commercial, and theatrical productions.

1.2. Account registration or actual use of the platform constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.

2. User Intellectual Property Rights

2.1. The User retains 100% of all copyrights, exclusive rights, and moral rights in all screenplay scripts, dialogue texts, custom uploaded images, and rendered video exports (ProRes, WebM, MP4, PNG Sequences).

2.2. CineChat Studio asserts zero ownership, claims, or licensing rights over user-authored creative content.

3. Third-Party Trademarks & Fair Use

3.1. User interface styling modeled after consumer operating systems and messengers (Telegram, Apple iMessage, WhatsApp) is provided strictly as a software tool for artistic visualization in cinema and media productions under fair use doctrines (Art. 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

3.2. CineChat Studio is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram FZ-LLC, Apple Inc., or Meta Platforms Inc.

4. User Responsibility & Lawful Use

4.1. Users agree not to utilize the platform to generate illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.

4.2. The Administrator reserves the right to suspend accounts engaged in abusive or malicious behavior.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

5.1. The platform is provided "AS IS". The Administrator does not warrant uninterrupted availability during third-party telecom or browser engine outages.

5.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Administrator shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
